  Our rotating specialty beans come from Push × Pull, a Portland roaster known for experimental processing: naturals, anaerobic, and co-ferments where fruit joins the fermentation so cups taste complex and vivid — apricot candy, blueberry sweet tea, lemon zest, hops. We are the only coffee shop in LA featuring these beans, and we think they are the top of the game for high-end roasters.   Tea Habitat · Alhambra

  All of our tea is sourced from Tea Habitat in Alhambra, where Imen Shan has built a reputation for rare Chinese leaves — especially Dan Cong oolongs from Phoenix Mountain in Guangdong, many single-tree, wild, and small-batch. The best tea in LA. Never from a little pouch.

• Lemons from our trees

  We use lemons from our very own lemon trees, which we grow in the front yard and pick fresh each morning.

• Farmers market honey

  All honey is sourced from the Hollywood Farmers Market. Good for allergy sufferers, even better for flavor. Protect our pollinators.

• Water & ice

  Everybody knows tap water in LA is terrible, so we make our own reverse-osmosis water that's custom-remineralized for coffee & tea. We use this for all our brewing and serving, as well as the ice. You're welcome.

• Compostable lids

  All our lids are compostable, so no plastic will ever touch your face.
